Admire the view during the 35-minute trip. At the top station, admire the unobstructed panorama. You are breathing fresh air at an altitude of 3135 m (10,285 ft). The situation of Gornergrat gives you a full view to Matterhorn (or Cervin). It is the ideal spot to take pictures of this dramatic landscape.
Day Tour 4 & 5 Grindelwald & Jungfrau
Your luxury road trip takes you to Grindelwald, the doorway to Jungfraujoch. Take the cog train and admire the stunning mountains as the train goes up to the Kleine Scheidegg pass. Get off at Jungfraujoch, one of Europe’s highest train stations. At an altitude of 3,454 m (or 11,332 ft) above sea level, enjoy the vistas and the many high altitude activities at this UNESCO-listed site.
