Our favorite

You know the famous Gruyere cheese, Swiss chocolate, but have you heard of this famous local specialty, the Gruyeres double cream? This delicious cream is the perfect companion for a meringue. This light and airy dessert is eaten either with double cream, or with fruit, with sorbet or simply on its own. Bon appétit !
